I've spent my career at the intersection of engagement and systems: designing loyalty programs, gamification frameworks, and platforms that scale. I speak three languages (Portuguese, English, and French — the last one I liked enough to build my own learning app for).

I mentor designers through ADP List, Latinas in Tech, and the Black Student Summer Leadership Program. I write about design in Portuguese for UX Collective Brazil.
